Get all the supplies to make our Kelly Anorak in one place! This beautiful, limited edition kit includes high quality, rust-proof hardware in an antique gold finish, along with the tools to help you install snap buttons and grommets with ease.

The Kelly hardware kit includes: 

  • 15 x 15mm spring snap buttons
  • Tool kit to install snap buttons (including fabric hole punch)
  • 3 x 6mm grommets 
  • Tool kit to install grommets (including fabric hole punch) 
  • 1.5 yds sturdy black cotton drawstring cord
  • 2 x spring cord locks (these secure the cord in place at the waist)
  • 2 x cord stoppers (these finish the end of the cord)
  • 1 x 26" separating coat zipper (black with brass teeth)
  • Please note we've included enough hardware for practice installation. Kit does not include fabric or pattern.

Kelly Anorak Hardware Kit

The kit looks as advertised and comes in a handy bag. I have not used it yet. So, I cannot comment on how easy it is to work with. It was easy to order and delivery good.

Everything you need

The kit is great! Exactly what you need to make the Kelly Anorak without having to hunt all the hardware down.

Wish it was possible to purchase from the Core Fabrics website. The other kits are available there and it would have been nice to be able to add it to a fabric order.

Beautiful hardware

The Kelly kit came in an adorable bag. Every piece was perfect for my navy jacket. Easy to work with and having the install tools was also great! Highly recommend the quality and look!

Perfect compliment

I just finished my Kelly and it is perfect! The sew along tutorial helped to clarify some of the instructions but it was an easy make overall. The hardware kit is good quality and very easy to install. I love my Kelly and will be making another with a lining very soon.

General review

I have been using Closet Core patterns for quite a few years now and love them. I have tried quite a variety. I find the instructions very straightforward and clear. I have bought fabric and supplies for a few new pieces and have a long list of patterns which I have sometimes used 4 or 5 times in slightly different lengths, pants and skirts, and tops and dresses. Very efficient and economical too. My favourite pattern source and now maybe some fabrics also.

Kelly Anorak Hardware Kit

Several months ago I purchased the Kelly Anorak Hardware kit. When it arrived, I set it aside for WEEKS, at least 10-12 weeks! Deciding to FINALLY get the pattern out and sew up a muslin, I reached into the hardware kit only to find that there were some parts missing. My thoughts were, "will Closet Core do anything about this- since the order was placed so long ago? Will they believe me?" After emailing them and explaining the situation, they responded immediately and favorably! Closet Core sent me the missing parts-no questions asked. Now THAT'S great customer service!!!!! Thank you Closet Core Pattern Company. P.S. I'm still working on that anorak.........
