As a fairly inexperienced sewist, Crew has really helped me up my sewing game. In addition to the beautiful patterns Closet Core releases each month, they curate helpful resources related to that pattern such as blog posts or a Sew A Long if needed. These resources are linked directly to that month’s pattern page, so they are easy to find. The included Crew 101 class will get you started with what you need to know about sewing knits and wovens. I highly recommend their additional classes as they offer tips and tricks that supplement pattern instructions. Unlimited members can also access fitting advice from Gabby Brown. But Crew members are also the best, supportive group who jump in to answer questions, give feedback and share their experiences with their makes. I love seeing what others have made to get inspiration to start something new.
This is a lovely viscose fabric, silky and with great drape. I love florals when they're abstract and this caught my eye instantly. It is directional, so I am still deciding what to make with this stunner.
Love this fabric! Great quality! I made a few t-shirts out of it and they are really comfortable. After several washes, the fabric continues to get softer and softer. Would definitely buy again to make everyday basics.
