Strike while the serger is hot and make yourself some cozy knits to pair with your sweaters! Our free t-shirt is a great place to start if knits are new to you. Make yourself some comfy sweats to make a full sweat suit (or swoot as we affectionately call it). Heather made the shorts to pair with her Marigold, pure comfort.

Fabric Suggestions From Core Fabrics
What You’ll Need:
- Fabric - Sturdy knit fabrics with at least 20% crosswise stretch, such as stretch fleece, French terry, ponte, sweater knits, and double knits. If you want to experiment with drapey light to medium-weight jersey knits, consider replacing the bound neckline and cuffs with a traditional knit "t-shirt" band.
- Elastic - for sleeve cuffs, 1 yd (1 m) x 1/4" (6 mm) wide.
- Needles - Stretch, ballpoint, or jersey needles.
- Thread in matching colour
- Optional: Walking foot - this helps feed the fabric through the machine evenly.
- Optional: Double needle or coverstitch machine, to finish hem of View B.

This is the first time I have made a jumpsuit and I couldn’t have picked a better pattern to try. I made the Amy jumpsuit straight out of the packet with only one alteration and that is I shortened the straps by 2cm but I think that was more my posture than the pattern. Will definitely be making more
Next time, and there will be a next time, I will cut and sew before washing. There is enough stretch to allow of this. I used this to sew a button down shirt with collar. I can hardly bear to part with to when I need to wash
it. In chilly No Cali, a wonderful snuggly shirt.
I’ll be making the Elodie dress pattern in the beautiful Sandwashed Cupro for a wedding in early May and the Core T-shirt in the red cotton. Can hardly wait to get started. Your product, knowledge and superior service make you my absolute go to fabric shop. I’m hoping to be in Montreal sometime later this year and will definitely call to see if I might visit. Thanks so much.
The bamboo jersey I received is so soft and luxurious. I made some joggers and ordered more. They are my favorite cozy pants. The quality of Core fabrics is amazing. Will order from them again.
Fast delivery always would love it if there were not so stiff stretch denims and so many paper thin 2 way stretch knits
This fabric was easy and fabulous to work with. The only reason I rated it 4 out of 5 is the mess from the sequins afterwards, but it was easy to cleanup.
