FABRIC REQUIREMENTS

This pattern can be made with a variety of fabrics depending on the desired effect. For a more structured shape, use light to heavy weight wovens such as linen, cotton, twill, brocade, jacquard, and fancy fabrics like velvet and sequins. 

For a drapier effect, try rayon challis, viscose, or silk. 

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES

• Light to midweight non-stretch fusible interfacing, 18" x 24" (46 x 61 cm) 
• Optional: Double fold bias tape OR hem tape for finishing hem (may be replaced with serged stitch), 3 yd (2.75 m) 
• Thread in matching colour
