We suggest fine, lightweight wovens like cotton poplin, voile, and batiste. For a slightly heavier blouse, you can also use chambray, broadcloth and linen.

Phoebe Coat, late to the party ... but

I bought this course and my materials I think back in early December, and only now have I been able to sit down, focus and work on this project. I'm guessing my procastination had everything to do with my fear of failure. HA! I still have the fear as I dont think I did enough to preshrink the boiled wool....but...What a great course! Love the written directions BUT the special tips and onscreen guidance from Heather is just amazing! Even though Spring is around the corner, still loving this experience, and have ideas for my next Phoebe coat. To Closet Core, thank you bunches... a video will come once I completed.

Beautiful Dress For Advanced Beginners

I am so happy with this dress! It took me about a week to make and aside from a few techniques I had to learn, it was straightforward to sew. I can't wait to make it again and again!
