FABRIC REQUIREMENTS 

We suggest stable, light- to midweight wovens such as linen, poplin, seersucker, broadcloth, sateen, chambray, and cotton shirtings. 

Our cutting layouts assume you are using outer fabric to line your bodice, but you can also choose lightweight fabrics such as bemberg, silk, lawn, voile, or batiste. You'll need 1 yard (0.9 m) of lining fabric. 

ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES 

• Buttons, 5 x 5/8"–1" (16 mm–25 mm) 
• Optional: Small scraps of fusible interfacing for buttons 
• Matching thread
