We firmly believe that anyone can sew anything with patience and perseverance, but sometimes it helps to understand how time-consuming or challenging a pattern will be to sew. Here's how we rate the difficulty of our patterns:
Beginner (⭑): Appropriate for a true beginner with simple style lines and details, quick to sew with no closures.
Confident Beginner (⭑⭑): Achievable for beginners who are willing to learn a new skill, may include more design features and techniques (ie. zippers, buttons, facings, etc). Relatively quick to sew.
Intermediate (⭑⭑⭑): More details and style lines, may include interesting details like a zipper fly or topstitching, projects can take 6+ hours to sew.
Advanced (⭑⭑⭑⭑): Still achievable for most sewists, but patterns will include more pieces and more details, and can take 8+ hours to sew.
Challenging(⭑⭑⭑⭑⭑): Complex, skill heavy projects like tailoring and bra-making. Again, achievable for most sewists but be prepared to spend 10+ hours on these types of projects.

Meet Amélie, the t-shirt you'll sew three times before the first one is even washed. Fitted through the bust and shoulders with a semi-fitted waist, this high-hip-skimming knit essential is as close to a perfect tee as a pattern can get. All three views offer your choice of cap, short, or long sleeves, because the only thing better than one Amélie is a whole drawer of them.
View A features a classic crew neckline finished with knit binding.
View B offers a soft scoop neckline with a neat neckband.
View C presents a curved V-neckline with an overlapping neckband for a quietly elevated finish.
Pretty fabric but I had issue with very visible white snags happening after simple seam ripping. I will not be wearing the garment I made because of this issue. Only buy it if you won’t make any mistakes!
I recently purchased this Wool suiting deadstock to make a Chanel-style jacket. It was wonderful to work with!
I wasn't sure if I would be able to detect the 35% polyamide, or how it would react to steaming in the dryer or ironing at a wool setting.
I am happy to tell you that I couldn't tell it wasn't 100% wool. It came out of the dryer from steam treatment fine and ironed up well at high heat. It's a lovely soft material. I could wear it against your skin without discomfort
This 10oz twill behaved so nicely. It sewed, serged, and ironed like a dream. Perfect for the jean skirt I made, has body but also drape. Cherry on top was a brass jeans button from Core Fabrics.
I love this mushroom print. I used it for a gathered sleeve Cielo top. The linen fabric is so nice to work with and the seams press beautifully. It has a nice structure for the gathered sleeve. The picture on the website seem true to color.
