Choose bottom-weight fabrics such as cotton, denim, twill, canvas, jacquard, and gabardine.
ADDITIONAL SUPPLIES
- Fusible interfacing, 0.5 yd (0.45 m) for 58” wide interfacing
- Buttons, 8 x 5/8" (16 mm) wide
- Matching thread
- Optional: Topstitching thread
- Optional: Double fold bias tape for finishing waistband (may be replaced with serged stitch), 2 yd (1.75 m)
- Safety pin or tube turner
