This 10oz twill behaved so nicely. It sewed, serged, and ironed like a dream. Perfect for the jean skirt I made, has body but also drape. Cherry on top was a brass jeans button from Core Fabrics.
I love this mushroom print. I used it for a gathered sleeve Cielo top. The linen fabric is so nice to work with and the seams press beautifully. It has a nice structure for the gathered sleeve. The picture on the website seem true to color.
This was a good pattern. I made the maxi dress. I just have one small complaint that I was able to figure out. That is that the notches weren’t very well labeled on the pattern so you would know what they are for. A suggestion would be to use the large and small dots that the old fashioned pattern pieces use in addition to the notches. Another bit of advice is to label the pattern pieces as you cut them out. I wrote notes on a little piece of paper and pinned it to the pattern piece as I cut. The dress came out really nice.
