Honestly, this is my favourite t shirt pattern ever and it’s free, thank you so much closet core I love all of your patterns they are easy to sew and the results are fab 😊

Marble shell top

The marble shell top is beautiful, once made up. I found the pattern slightly difficult, even though I’ve been sewing on and off for years. It would be useful to provide instructions on how much material is needed for each piece (since there are three colours). I measured each piece once I’d had the pattern printed. I found the armholes slightly difficult. I used viscose, but I feel that the interfacing wasn’t necessary for that part of the garment. Also the back part attachment to the sides was not easy and I had to quick unpick a couple of times. I’m very happy with the final result, but I wouldn’t classify the pattern level as « confirmed beginner ». I think it was more difficult than that. It was my first pattern at Closet Core, so I’ll see with the next pattern I try!

LOVE this fabric!!

I just LOVE this fabric-it is darn cute!! I have not used it yet but I cannot wait! Everyone I show this fabric to loves it, as well. Shipping from Core was speedy and being able to pay over time using Afterpay could not have been more convenient. Please continue purveying beautiful fabrics like this. MORE linen is always a good thing!! 😉

I am enjoying being an unlimited Crew member much more than I expected! I'm an intermediate level sewist, make some patterns and have more coming up. Love the fitting help. The Community and posts and new world wide friends are SO worth it for me even if I made no patterns! The discounts are icing on the cake.
