I have worked with knits for years. This almost kept me from ordering the class. How hard could a simple t-shirt pattern be? I’m glad I didn’t listen myself (I rarely do :)

True to Closet Core style, Heather is engaging and accessible in her teaching style. We learn from her presentation of facts and through her humorous insights. In this class, she presented her experiments stitching different fabric compositions with different stitch length and needle types. We learned how to correct fabric distortions in the knits so we could accurately create a garment. This seems like a ‘duh’ moment, but I’d never considered this before.
It’s information like this that is helping me elevate my sewing of garments, and I love it!
