If you like making garments with buttonholes, this sewing gauge will make your life easier. I have long avoided button plackets - switching them to zippers or snaps - because getting the spacing right and then matching up the buttons was such a chore! Especially if I had to adjust the garment’s length to fit my proportions, making the pattern’s button placement useless to me.
This gauge is simple to use and folds up into a small, flat thing, so it won’t take up space in your sewing kit.
This fabric is so great and easy to work with and so soft. I'm sewing the Marlo sweater with it and I'm sure it will become my favourite!
